As of now, we are on the list for the taping of The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson which shoots on July 9th. We will have to leave from Two Bunch and go directly to CBS Studios, but that's not a problem, we just have to be there at 3PM. We should be finished at 6P. As soon as I find out what guests are scheduled that evening, I will let you know. Depending on how we feel, we can either grab a bite near the studio or head back down to Redondo - we can play it by ear.
Friday is packed. Darnelle and I are trying to plan the ultimate Hollywood tour, which we should probably head out on at about 9:30A and plan on finishing at about 1:30P. Everyone is invited to hang out and rest at my house because we'll have to be on our way down to Laguna Beach at around 3:30P for massive doses of margaritas and then Pageant of the Masters which starts at 8:30PM. I have booked an 18 passenger Escalade/Party Bus which we will have at our disposal for 3 days. I am sure you guys will have our driver completely out of his mind by the end of Friday evening.

Also, if anyone is leaving early and won't be attending Pageant or The Tubes, please let me know. I have all of the tickets for Pageant and I plan on getting Tubes tickets next week.

hors d'oeuvres.

July 9th is actually Lani Hanson's Birthday. I'll be buying a cake and we'll have a little celebration in the car on the way back to LA. The car is big enough to have a party in - so hopefully we can recognize her birthday as well.
My hope is that you all chime in on this blog with ideas for a few things. We are thinking of a night of games and a night of Girlie movies for Two Bunch. I would love suggestions. Also, if any of you want to see something special here in LA, please let us know and we will try and work it into our schedule. And finally, if anyone has friends out here that they want to see,
please feel free. Saturday our day is open. You are also welcome to invite them down to the house for cocktails on Saturday as well as to go see The Tubes, if they are interested.
I can't wait to see you all. I wish it were tomorrow!

ALSO, if anyone WANTS to bring "makeup" maybe just for the eyes? - they are welcomed to - maybe for those portraits mentioned above - during one of the nights??? Just a thought - DIVA NIGHT??

Today I told a friend about our spa dealio and she was all like "HOW AWESOME"... yep! I said, and Now I just gotta get my self together and I only have 5 weeks.
So THEN, She was all like "WHAT?!?!" the SPA will do that for you!!", but I disagree--
You see, right now I am sort of in a HEAP and I've got this PLAN in place to take the current HEAP I'm in and sweep it up into a PILE--then the SPA can take and shape the PILE into a lovely MOUND or perhaps even a Totem Pole of fabulousness, (as I mentioned to Q earlier today on the phone.)
Are we feeling me, babies?
My anti-Ruth Buzzy make over includes but is by NO MEANS limited to: plucking, shaving, buffing, biking, walking, reducing, self-tanning, spackling, nude stare downs with the mirror, exfoliating, screaming and moisturizer.
I'm just sayin'.
I wanna feel at LEAST as good as I did upon leaving Kauai last June--that shit stayed with me for MONTHS, people!!!

I've been going to the gym for 3 weeks now, though I'm feeling toned...the celluite has not gone and damn it, we have much better personalities then perhaps beauty(at least for me at this age and time of my life). I don't remember what I ordered for my spa treatments hope they work.

Okay girls - I booked the Party Bus today and actually went and chose one.
ReplyDeleteWe have our choice of an Escalade or a Hummer - with Large screen TV, satellite, full blown sound system, and multiple bars. Requested the driver I know, who is hysterical - so hopefully, we'll be in luck. Did I mention the neon lighting? I tried for the least tacky, believe me........

We can watch videos and dance all the way there, while we enjoy cocktails...Oh man, there gonna remember us at the Spa! Can't wait!

Lovely ones, I need some input. We have a choice of staying later at the spa and Palm Springs if we decide not to go to the Craig Ferguson taping....any thoughts? (Will try and find out the guest ASAP). Also regarding the tour I really want your thoughts. We have a few key places we think ya'll will enjoy seeing. I agree hanging out with everyone is going to be great but remember we are going to have a driver taking us around so we'll be relaxing and looking as we go!

ReplyDeleteOn Sat, 7/11 - down here in Redondo Beach, at 7AM (I knew you girls would be thrilled about that) - is the National Paddleboard Championships........and Keith is one of the guys who has to pull those bikini clad vixens in from the Pacific........anyways......drinks start after the race is over down at Henneseys Grill (a local hang), should be a few bands, etc........just what we need, but hell - it's something to do.....if we feel like it!
